Discover: The threads are the identical, so you can even select different weight plates, e.g. add 3lb plates on 10lb dumbbells. However please notice that the diameters of the plates are completely different.
Diameter: 0.5lb: 2.5in, 1.5lb: 3.3in, 2.5lb: 3.7in, 3lb: 3.9in, 5lb: 4.6in, 7.5lb: 5.9in
Bundle Consists of: 4×weight plates + 4×rubber ringe (In case you select the plates with a distinct diameter out of your authentic dumbbells, the rubber rings supplied will probably be ineffective.)
Use: insert the brand new ones between the burden plates of your dumbbells.
